For our 6th month wedding anniversary, Derek surprised me with a candle lit dinner! Here's a few pics of our transformed living room.

The final product!

The final product (minus the dark, candlelight)

He surprised me with many details! Red and white flowers (like our wedding), table cards (similar to those at our wedding with tribal names on them), photos of our wedding, a Toblerone bar, and a nice atmosphere of candles and Christmas lights. The imported apple juice was a special treat, as-well.

I married a great cook! :) He cooked a delicious spagetti dinner with garlic bread. Notice our little stovetop oven on the counter...yup that's what I bake with!

Congratulations Friends! I can't believe its already been 6 months for you!!! What are your 'tribal names'?
~debi~
Thanks Debi!
We don't really have tribal names yet (I'm assuming you mean names given to us by the Dao people?). We are in the city right now while I (Sarah) learn Indonesian. Derek said they just call him "Dereky" :) ha! Sorry it's not a more interesting answer. Maybe some day we'll have those names for ya. :)
