A couple weeks ago we went by ship to a city called Nabire to buy supplies for building our house and send them into Dao. The heli took 4 loads of stuff into Dao. 2 of those were sling loads, and the other 2 just had stuff in the cabin. The heli can only carry 390 kilos at a time, so with the heavy and bulky stuff we had to send in, it took 4 loads. Here's a picture of Derek with the first sling load - plywood and a water tank.

Hey! I was just thinking and praying for you, wondering if and when you were moving into the Dao. Haven't checked blogs in a while and saw helicopter with your stuff! How exciting.
