Teaching

The teaching went great! We had approximately 70 Dao people show up for the 3 months of teaching. That is definitely the Lord working! The Dao people are semi-nomadic and almost never live communally like they did for the past few months. It was difficult for them because some families were several days away from their gardens. But, they felt this "God Talk" was more important than their gardens, and most of the people stayed for the entire teaching! The Lord did an awesome work in the hearts of the Dao people. We are so thrilled that we can now call many of them brothers and sisters. We are looking forward to studying their language, so that in the future we can begin to disciple these new believers and eventually team up with some Dao leaders to take the Gospel to surrounding villages.
