Cutting

We are trusting the Lord to show these precious people that cutting is just a painful thing. They still believe that if they are
sick or sore they must have bad blood in them and need to bleed it out. The most recent was this lady who was cut very deep on her
arm. She had been carrying wood and her arms were sore. It was so deep we were afraid she wouldn't ever get the use of her hand
back. Her fingers curled up and she couldn't feel anything in her hand. But, slowly, it healed and can thankfully use it once again.
We just heard about a man who was sore, and they cut him so deep he bled out and died that same day. It hurts us to see our friends
doing this, yet it wasn't that long ago that our ancestors believed the same thing. We pray that one day they will realize that
cutting is just a painful thing, not a helpful thing.
